Olsen, President JAO Corporation 3414 Polk Avenue Cheyenne, WY 82001 Dear Mr. Olsen, This is to verify your Seal-Gard™ product was placed as part of a research project at the Cheyenne Airport. The airport pavement was deteriorated to the point of failure in some locations of Taxiways "F" and "G". Due to several constraints and the large area involved, it was not feasible to replace of mill and rehabilitate the taxiways. An alternative solution was needed and was proposed by JAO Corporation of Cheyenne. The Seal-Gard™ product was installed in October of 2001 and has performed admirably to date. While the research project will continue monitoring the product and installation, I am very satisfied with the results so far. |

| This is to certify
that we have engaged Mr. Ron Learmond (Seal-Gard™
Canada Ltd.), on behalf of the Inspection Services of Alberta
Transportation to do concrete repair at several Vehicle Inspection
Stations. The Seal-Gard™
product was used to repair and resurface concrete approaches to the weigh
scales. Repair work has been done at Balzac, Vermilion, Dunmore, and
Whitecourt stations in the summer of 2002. These jobs are still under
warranty, however the concrete surface done appears to be holding up very
well. Based on the results, we have also planned for repair work at Slave
Lake, and Grimshaw stations in the summer of 2003.
Assuming that everything remains the same, we will be endorsing this concrete repair method using Seal-Gard™ product for other weight scale sites. |
